I really wanted to like this bike, but it’s just too heavy for carrying up and down the stairs every day. It’s getting frustrating, and I’m kind of disappointed. If this keeps being such a hassle, I may have to return it and look at another brand.

The ride itself was good and I didn’t have any real issues with that part. But the price felt kind of high for what it was. Also, it wasn’t very clear who actually owns or manages the service, which made things feel a bit sketchy when I had questions. A little more transparency would go a long way.

I’ve been using this for regular rides around my neighborhood, mostly to run quick errands or take the slightly longer route home when the weather’s nice, and the motor assist cuts out more than I expected. Even on smaller hills, it feels kind of weak, which is frustrating because that’s exactly where I was hoping it would help the most. Half the time it just rides like a heavy regular bike, and after a while that gets annoying.

I bought this rack thinking it would work with my Urtopia, but it didn’t fit at all. Maybe I should’ve double-checked more, but my gut says this just isn’t made with my bike in mind. Disappointing.

I bought this thinking it would make my daily hill commute easier, but how is this okay for something that’s supposed to assist you? Even on medium hills, the motor feels weak and I still end up pedaling hard like I’m on a regular bike. The battery also drains really fast once you start climbing. It might be fine if you’re riding mostly flat roads, but for hills, it was a big letdown for me.

I’ve taken the bike through a handful of turns so far, and it feels stable for the most part. The handling is smooth, though it took me a little while to get used to it. After maybe a few rides, it started feeling more natural

The ride was bumpy and just not comfortable at all. Who wants to feel every little bump along the way? I was hoping for something smoother, but this really didn’t deliver.

This should’ve been a simple assembly, but somehow it turned into a whole project. The instructions were confusing in a few spots, and a couple of the parts just didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. I had to take things apart and redo steps more than once, which got old fast. Not the worst product ever, but putting it together was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was let down by this frame. After about a week, it started feeling loose and flimsy, like it was put together with the cheapest materials possible. I don’t expect perfection, but selling something this poorly made just doesn’t feel right. Definitely not what I thought I was getting.

For what this costs, I feel like basic customer support shouldn’t be too much to ask, right? I’m still waiting for a clear reply and it’s getting really frustrating

I got the bike from Urtopia and overall it’s been okay. It rides fine, but I wouldn’t say it’s the most comfortable for longer trips. The seat is alright for short rides, but after about 30 or 40 minutes I definitely start noticing it. The handlebars also feel a little too far forward for me, so I had to keep adjusting things to make it feel halfway decent. The ergonomics are decent, just not very adjustable. When I brought up the comfort issues, I kind of felt like I was being talked down to, like I just didn’t know how to set up a bike properly. Maybe that’s part of it, sure, but I’ve ridden enough to know when something doesn’t quite fit right. It’s not a bad bike, but comfort is definitely an area that could use some work

I had to use the warranty after a small issue came up with my bike, it was a little stressful at first. I wasn’t totally sure where to send everything, and when the replies took a few days, I started wondering if it was going to turn into a hassle. They did approve the claim in the end and sent me the part I needed, so I’m glad they stood behind the product. I just wish I didn’t have to follow up twice to keep things moving. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it didn’t feel as smooth as I’d hoped. I’d probably buy again, but I really hope their support gets a bit faster...

I bought my bike from newurtopia.com the gear shifting has been frustrating from day one. It skips between gears, takes a second or two to actually catch sometimes, and on even small hills it gets jerky and unsure instead of feeling smooth.
I tried adjusting it myself and put more miles on it hoping it would settle in, but nothing really changed. I also reached out with what felt like a basic request for help, and it just felt ignored, which made the whole thing even more annoying. For the price, I expected way better than this clunky shifting.

I mainly bought this for the smart features, but it’s been kind of a pain. The app keeps disconnecting, and a few of the features just don’t seem to work the way they’re supposed to. Pairing it took way longer than it should have, and the display isn’t very easy to figure out either. For the price, I expected something simple and smooth, not something I have to mess with every time I ride. Disappointed overall.

I needed a replacement part, but, yeah, they just didn’t have it. Kind of frustrating, because I was hoping it would be a quick fix, but oh well

Giving it 4 stars. Brakes are solid. Stops well on hills and in traffic. No scary moments so far. Took a bit to get used to the feel, but it works good.

The screen is sorta hard to read, and the controls feel a bit clunky. I really wanted to like it, but overall I’m not too happy with it

I didn’t think ordering a bike would turn into this much checking and worrying, which was annoying. Not the worst experience, but for the price, I really expected faster shipping and better updates.

I ordered my usual size and, actually, I even checked the size guide first—but the fit was just really weird. The top was tight around my arms and chest, but then somehow loose at the waist? It wasn’t comfortable at all, and it definitely didn’t look like it did in the photos. Super frustrating to have to return something that should’ve fit much better.
